Siddhivinayak Mandir
The Shree Siddhivinayak Ganapati Mandir is a Hindu temple dedicated to Ganesh. It is located in sheetal nagar, Mira road. It was originally built by the builders of shanti nagar in the early 1990’s.
The temple has a small mandap (hall) with the shrine for Siddhi Vinayak ("Ganesh that grants your wish").The Ganesha deity shaped with pearl white marble creates an enlightened experience every time a devotee expresses devotion. One of the very few temples that remained a recreational centre for all the devotees from the neighboring shanti nagar and shanti park area.
Living aside secularism, every Tuesday evening one can experience the chants of Lord Ganesha. when people speaking different languages come together giving an enthralling experience to every onlooker not fortunate enough to be a part of it.
The Temple is accompanied by two smaller constructions, which belong to Lord Shiva and another which were recently built for Lord Hanuman.
