Sangeeta Kudare hanged herself in her Apartment on Tuesday afternoon.
The Suicide toll in Mumbai and the surrounding areas shows no signs of abating with more than 30 registered cases since the dawn of the new year.
A 37-year-old housewife allegedly ended her life by hanging herself with a nylon rope at home. The deceased, Sangeeta Kudare, had been undergoing psychiatric treatment for over four years, police said. She was said to be depressed for the past six months. Her husband, Ramesh, is a BEST bus conductor. The family lived in Golden Nest. The couple has two daughters, one of whom is in college, and a son, in Std VIII.
